Your IoT platform or server stopped receiving data from your device(s).


It might happen that your callbacks are not being transmitted correctly due a communication problem between the Sigfox Backend and your IoT platform or server. You can check the error log by proceeding as follows:

  1. Go to the Device Type that contains the impacted devices.
  2. Click on Callbacks within the left side menu.
  3. If any Callback errors, you will find a button in the "Error" column next to the Callback.
